Who runs this site

kilma is run by Stefan Dissmer, trading as KILMA Lingua, C/ Llacuna 162-164, 08018 Barcelona, Spain. NIE X4958335H. This is a sole trader, not a company: there is no company form to state and no entry in the Registro Mercantil, where sole traders are not registered.

Where lessons are taught from

Lessons are provided by kilma through its teachers, who work as independent contractors. Our teaching is based in Tangier, Morocco: KILMA Lingua, Rue Moussa Ben Nousair 89, Immeuble Venezuela, 90010 Tanger (M’Sallah), telephone +212 668-924723. Your contract for a lesson is with kilma in Barcelona.

VAT

kilma is run by a sole trader registered for tax in Spain, under the tax number shown above. There is no separate VAT identification number: that is only issued for intra-EU business-to-business invoicing, which kilma does not do. Lessons are exempt from Spanish VAT (IVA) as tuition under article 20.Uno.10 of Ley 37/1992; lesson prices are therefore stated without IVA, and none is added at checkout.

Consumer complaints

If something goes wrong, write to us first — that is faster, and it is how we would rather settle it. If we cannot agree, you can use the official complaint form that consumer law in Catalonia provides (full oficial de queixa, reclamació i denúncia): ask for it at dissmer@gmail.com and we will send it to you electronically. You can also send your complaint by post to KILMA Lingua, C/ Llacuna 162-164, 08018 Barcelona, Spain, or take it to the Agència Catalana del Consum.
