Right of withdrawal

This page explains your right to withdraw from a purchase on kil.ma, and the one case in which that right ends early. It applies to consumers under the Spanish consumer act (RDL 1/2007).

The right

You have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded — for digital content that is the day of your purchase.

To withdraw, tell us clearly that you withdraw: by email to dissmer@gmail.com, or by post to Stefan Dissmer, KILMA Lingua, C/ Llacuna 162-164, 08018 Barcelona, Spain. You may use the model form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to. Sending the message before the 14 days are over is enough.

If you withdraw, we refund everything you paid, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days, using the same payment method you used. The refund costs you nothing.

When the right ends early — read this before you buy

Vocabulary packs are digital content that is delivered immediately. Before you pay, you are asked to tick a box with two statements: that you want delivery to start at once, and that you understand this ends your right of withdrawal as soon as delivery has started.

If you tick that box and the pack is unlocked in your account, the 14 days no longer apply — the purchase is final (article 103.m RDL 1/2007). We record the moment you gave that consent together with your order.

If you do not tick the box, we cannot start delivery, and the purchase does not go through. There is no way to buy a pack and keep the withdrawal right at the same time, because there is no way to hand back digital content you already have.

This does not touch your rights if something is wrong with the pack. Conformity rights apply regardless of withdrawal — the terms of sale explain them.
