About me

I teach the Darija you hear in the street, not the one in textbooks. We start speaking in the first ten minutes and build from there — your mistakes are the lesson plan.

Before 'kilma' I taught French to engineers in Casablanca for six years, so I know how adults learn: fast when it is relevant, slow when it is abstract. Expect role play and very little grammar table.

English is required and tested for every teacher. The other four languages are voluntary: a sealed one is tested by us, the rest is what the teacher tells us.

Darija has no recognised exam. Salma is a native speaker, and that is the qualification.
